Free Trial Privacy Notice

Please have a parent or guardian complete the form. This notice covers information submitted through Breakout Sports NJ’s free-trial form.

What we collect

Your first and last name, email address and child’s age are required. Your child’s name, sport preference, town and referral information are optional. Newsletter signup is optional.

How we use it

Office staff use these details to respond to your trial request, help find a suitable class and confirm the details. Submitting the form does not book a class.

Where requests go

Squarespace stores form submissions and associated contact records. A copy of each request is emailed to info@breakoutsportsnj.com for office staff. The form uses Google reCAPTCHA for spam protection.

Future class offers

If you opt in, office staff manually add you to our Brevo newsletter list. Each newsletter includes an unsubscribe link. Unsubscribing removes you from our newsletter mailing list and stops newsletter emails.

Keeping and removing information

We delete free-trial submissions stored in Squarespace six months from the submission date. Request emails remain in the inbox until office staff delete them.
